tiny flies bathroom condition
the rooftop pool was acceptable.
i was bothered by the bathroom. tiny flies occupied the space and their presence did not improve despite reporting the problem to the front desk. the issue remained until i left.

breakfast options clean room rooftop pool poolside drinks
breakfast had many options. the bread area included pancakes and pastries. housekeeping always made our room clean. the rooftop pool stayed open late, until 11pm. i enjoyed the poolside drinks. i really had a good time here.
the room i stayed in was small. it felt a little bit cramped.

the hotel sits near the cbd. this means getting to many points of interest becomes easy. you can reach several places quickly. it is a great spot.

the breakfast buffet focuses on western foods. i saw a bread station, salads, and fruit. hot foods such as scrambled eggs were available. some asian dishes rotated too.

helpful staff rooftop pool great location spacious room
Neesha, the Guest Services Manager, was nice . She was so thoughtful and polite. The location was great, and the rooms felt spacious. The rooftop pool was nice, and breakfast was sufficient. I thought the staff in the concierge were helpful.
I noticed that towels felt thin. They seemed more like those in cheaper hotels. That was a real shame.

The breakfast buffet offers a mix of continental and Asian options, it provides a good start to the day. I found pancakes and waffles and several sweet treats that were available. Coffee and tea stations offered multiple choices.
